Meet Ken
30+ years on the tools — and he's seen it all.
I've been working with my hands since I was a teenager, and over the years I've done just about every kind of construction there is — masonry, framing, trim, roofing, electrical, even dock building. For a long stretch I ran crews as a foreman, so I learned not just how to do the work right, but how to keep a job organized, on time, and respectful of your home.
After decades on big job sites, I started ABS to bring that same experience to everyday repairs and home projects around Clermont. There aren't many problems I haven't run into — and fewer still I can't fix. When you call, you get me: someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and treats your home like it's my own.

Yes. Tell me what you need and I'll give you a no-pressure estimate at no charge. I can price many jobs right from a few photos and a description. For larger or more involved work, I may need a quick in-person look to get the numbers right.
How soon will I hear back?
I respond to most estimate requests within a day. If something is urgent, give me a call or text and I'll do my best to help quickly.
Do you take on small jobs?
Absolutely. A single sticking door or a long checklist — both are welcome. The small repairs other companies skip are a big part of what I do.
